OM Power Construction simplifies building your custom project into a clear, step-by-step journey. It begins with a relaxed meet and greet to capture your vision and budget, then moves into the design phase where sketches and on-site assessments bring your ideas to life.
After agreeing on initial concepts, a formal quote and preliminary plans detail all specifications, followed by a contract phase to finalize the project details and commence architectural and engineering work. Once permits are secured, construction starts—with continuous updates to ensure every aspect meets your exact expectations.
Our initial meeting is a casual meet and greet to get to know one another and discuss the project you envision, the features you desire, your timing, and the general budget you have in mind.
After our initial meeting, we prepare a sketch of your project design and develop an estimated cost. If your project involves building, extending, or remodeling, we will visit the site to assess approximate costs and discuss changes, enhancements, and funding options.
A formal quote is prepared at the end of our second meeting, detailing all the specifications and features. With mutual approval, the sketch is forwarded to our architect for the site plan and elevations.
A contract package is prepared and signed by both parties, with a deposit paid for the architectural drawings. Once approved, we proceed with engineering plans and submit your project design to the Architectural Review Board (if applicable).
After receiving all approved plans and the necessary engineering and truss plans, we submit your project for a building permit. This process typically takes about one month for approval.
Once your permit is approved, the Project Manager commences work on your new project. Construction begins and you will receive regular updates, ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision.
